Maddie Whitehead is the Founder and Managing Principal of Blueprint Commercial, a boutique commercial real estate firm based in Philadelphia. As the driving force behind Blueprint’s vision and inception, Maddie founded the firm with a mission to offer personalized, expert real estate services rooted in integrity, strategy, and long-term client partnership. Her leadership continues to shape Blueprint’s distinct approach to client service and deal execution.

With a wealth of experience in brokerage and real estate development, Maddie has successfully led numerous complex transactions across retail, urban, and suburban markets. She brings a refined eye for detail and a deep understanding of market dynamics that ensures each deal is approached with a tailored, results-driven strategy. Maddie specializes in market research, site selection, landlord representation, and identifying acquisition and expansion opportunities on behalf of tenants and buyers.

Beyond client work, Maddie oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm, driving its growth and ensuring that every aspect of the business reflects the high standards she envisioned at its founding. Her passion for helping clients—ranging from local businesses to national brands—navigate the complexities of commercial real estate is the foundation of Blueprint’s success.

Prior to launching Blueprint, Maddie began her career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She then joined a boutique retail brokerage firm in Philadelphia, where she gained hands-on experience representing both landlords and tenants. Maddie later expanded her scope working for a national retail development company, helping clients develop build-to-suit properties across the country. In these roles, she was responsible for in-depth market research, site selection, and financial and real estate evaluations for development opportunities.

Outside the office, Maddie enjoys traveling to new cities, discovering new restaurants, and spending time outdoors skiing and hiking.
