Christie Hans is a sales and leasing associate at Blueprint Commercial, advising tenants, landlords, and investment sales clients across the Philadelphia commercial real estate market.

Christie joined Blueprint as Director of Marketing and Operations, where she built the firm's brand voice, communications strategy, and internal systems from the ground up. That role gave her a working knowledge of commercial real estate transactions well before she took on her first client. Working directly with firm founders Maddie Whitehead and Gerry Smith on client positioning, listing strategy, and deal communications, she learned how Blueprint approaches a transaction from the inside before stepping into production herself.

Before Blueprint, Christie directed PR and communications across North America for a leading luxury real estate brand, managing messaging for senior leadership and aligning communications with business objectives. Earlier in her career, she led marketing initiatives for a global luxury real estate network, partnering with international brokerages and agents to produce high-quality content and execute PR strategies across multiple markets.

She brings that same disciplined, brand-forward approach to her work with clients today.

Outside of work, Christie is an avid reader and loves to spend time in nature.
