Cathy joined Blueprint Commercial to provide expert guidance to clients in sales and leasing transactions. As a Senior Advisor, she plays a strategic role in shaping the growth and direction of Blueprint Commercial, leveraging her decades of experience to enhance the firm’s market presence and service offerings.

With a strong focus on nonprofit organizations, Cathy is considered the “go to” broker as she brings a deep understanding of Philadelphia’s neighborhoods and economic landscape, helping clients align their real estate strategies with their operational and financial objectives. Her expertise extends to tenant and landlord representation, as well as sales and consulting services to a broad range of local and national organizations.

Cathy’s career began in the nonprofit sector, where she held leadership positions with organizations such as the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance and the Institute for the Study of Civic Values. She transitioned into commercial real estate in 1997, joining SSH Real Estate, where she served as President of the Nonprofit Division before moving on to Smith Mack, and Colliers International. She later returned to SSH before bringing her extensive experience to Blueprint Commercial.
