The Role
Blueprint Commercial is seeking a full-time, in-person Executive Assistant to support the firm’s founding principals and help ensure the smooth operation of the business. This role is central to how the firm functions and requires strong judgment, organization, and discretion.
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support, manage schedules and logistics, coordinate communications, and assist with day-to-day workflows. This position is best suited for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
This role is based in Philadelphia, PA and requires daily, in-person presence.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
• Provide high-level support to the firm’s founding principals
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and competing priorities
• Coordinate meetings, site tours, calls, and travel logistics
• Prepare expense reports and assist with expense tracking
• Draft and manage professional correspondence
Office & Business Operations
• Maintain organized digital and physical records and filing systems
• Coordinate signatures, filings, and administrative deal support
• Facilitate internal and external communications
• Track action items and support follow-through on priorities
• Assist with special projects, presentations, meetings, and events
Professional Standards
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Support leadership decision-making through organization and preparation
Qualifications
• Proven experience in executive administrative assistance and executive support
• Experience managing expense reports and administrative workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with office software tools (Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace)
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, professional services environment
• Previous experience supporting senior executives preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is a plus
